ARTIST STATEMENT

Origin is a three-dimensional exploration of connection and continuity. Using a needle and thread to pierce and weave through the surface, the work transforms simple materials into a tactile narrative of time and memory. Each stitch becomes both a mark and a bridge, binding fragments, mending spaces, and tracing unseen pathways between what was and what is. Rooted in process and materiality, Origin invites viewers to slow down, lean closer, and experience the quiet tension between fragility and resilience, creation and repair.
