Join us at He Waka Tuia for a special storytelling event, where our learning designer, Senga, will share the stories behind the art, artefacts, and artists featured in our current exhibition, If These Walls Could Talk.

Afterwards, stay for a cuppa and cake as we come together to share our own memories and connections.

From visits to W.H. Boyes, the Deschlers Hotel, and the Majestic Theatre, to memories of the city’s five high schools, Anderson House, and Queens Park - this is a chance to reflect, reminisce, and reconnect.

Enjoy revisiting works by much-loved local artists, including Peter Beadle, John Husband, and R.P. MacGoun.
