What's your cookie memory?

Maybe it's sneaking one from the tin before dinner. Maybe it's baking with Mum. Or maybe it's opening that iconic butter cookie tin... only to find sewing supplies inside.

For artist Diane Golez, it's the butter cookie tins her aunt would send from Invercargill to her grandmother in the Philippines every Christmas - filled with treats that brought the whole family together. This workshop is inspired by those sweet memories of childhood, family, and sharing.

Paint, decorate, and plate your very own cookie masterpiece! Choose your favourite cookie from the menu, collect your pre-sculpted cookie, toppings, paints, and display plate, then follow your recipe card to create a nostalgic keepsake - complete with those inevitable crumbs that somehow make everything look even better.

No experience needed, all materials are provided.

Please note: The cookies you'll create are art pieces, not edible treats! But there'll be an assortment of real cookies, biscuits, and non-alcoholic refreshments to enjoy while you make.
